✅ Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product arrives defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description shown on our website;
- You submit your return request within 30 business days from the date of delivery;
- The item is unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
🚚 Shipping Costs for International Returns
- If the issue is our fault (defect, damage, wrong item sent): We cover all return and reshipping costs, including international shipping fees.
- If you change your mind or choose a different design: The return shipping fee, customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
🎨 Important Note: Custom & Personalized Items
As our store specializes in handmade, engraved, and custom-designed products:
Items made-to-order, laser engraved, 3D printed, or personalized with names, images, or custom designs are NOT eligible for return or exchange — unless they arrive defective or damaged. This policy applies globally to ensure fairness for both parties.
📝 How to Request a Return
- Go to our Contact Us page and send us a message;
- Include the following details:
- Your order number;
- A clear description of the issue or reason for return;
- Photos or short videos showing the condition of the product and packaging;
- Our support team will review your request and reply within 2–3 business days with instructions.
💸 Refund & Exchange Process
- Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected:
- You may choose between a replacement item, store credit, or a full refund;
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days;
- Please note: International bank processing times, currency conversion, or payment provider delays may add an additional 3–10 days before the amount appears in your account.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after the 30-business-day period;
- Products that have been used, modified, altered, or damaged by the customer;
- Custom, engraved, personalized, or made-to-order items (except in case of manufacturing defects or damage during transit);
- Sale items or clearance products, unless defective.
